| Política de cancel·lació | To cancel your booking, we require a 48 hours’ notice prior to 2pm pacific standard time of the check in date. A refund of 90% of the total amount will be provided in the same form in which the payment was made. A reservation deposit of 10% is non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of the arrival time, fees equivalent to the first two night accommodation will be charged to your credit card. | Condicions especials | Due to availability, we do not guarantee that guests who book a dorm bed for more than one person will be able to stay in the same room. Please be advised that there may be required room moves for stays of more than one night too.

| Taxes | Taxes not included: Daily bed rates of $30 or more are subject to 16.25% tourist tax, city and hotel taxes. Bed rates of less than $30 are taxed only 1% tourist tax, as per city regulations. |
