Please Note:

1)Check-ins are done at Via Varese 33 at our Internet-Laundry point, and our rooms are up stairs.

***NB: If your arrival time is after 23:00 you have to contact us by email or phone.

if you don't show up before 23:00 and you didn't contact us, unfortunately we are not responsable for your reservation and we will charge you for the first night.

2) We are unable to send mail or fax letters for visa documents applications.

3) Reservation/Cancelation Policy

- Please print out your confirmation and pay IN CASH the balance due upon arrival.

- If you do not give us 72 hours notice (3 days) of your 'no show' by e-mail, we will unfortunately have to debit your card. The amount charged will be your first night's accommodation.

4) Only our double room with private facility are located in the third floor with out elevetor

5) Phone cancellations are NOT ACCEPTED.
