Описание: Our apartment is on the first floor of a historic house overlooking a typical and lively road with many stores, restaurants, cafés and wine bars. There is no elevator in the building.

Completely and tastefully restored in 2006 with terracotta floors, wooden beams and cast iron, the apartment includes an entrance hall, a cozy and ample living room with a sofa-bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a loft with a kingsize bed and a private bathroom with shower. It can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests.

The apartment offers a full range of modern facilities such as airconditioning, heater, TV, fridge with small freezer, microwave, dishes, pots & pans, glasses & cutlery, coffee maker and a washing machine.

(cancellation policy: Clients must send us a letter if any cancellation occurs.

The cancellation policies are the following:

50% of the total amount if the cancellation is 30 days before arriving.)
