SINGLE ROOM contains 1 single bed, DOUBLE ROOM - 1 double bed, TWIN ROOM - 2 single beds, TRIPLE ROOM - 1 single and 1 double beds and FAMILY ROOM - 2 singles and 1 double. Each room has a washbasin, mirror, TV, wardrobe, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and complementary tea. This Hotel has shared bathroom facilities. Hour Glass also provides to its customers with towels in the rooms and bathrooms.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 3 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

We are located within walking distance (around 15 minutes) of the Elephant and Castle tube station. To get here take a short Bus (343 - route towards to New Cross Gate) ride from Trafalgar Square or Elephant and Castle, from London Bridge or Liverpool Street take Bus 42 (towards to Denmark Hill Station). Depart Alsace Road, we are across the road.
