I really enjoyed staying at the Broadway hotel and I will certainly recommend it! The location is great and safe. The staff is very helpful and caring. Rooms and facilities are good considering the excellent prices.
The hostel is very nice, but everyone arrived at the same time, so I had to wait a long time to do my check in. People were really very nice, and the place, very clean!

the elevator was broke, we had no warm water for 2 days, they did help carry our bags one time, and looked strange at you when you asked for it a second time, and they say you are rude when you notice the maid had left your door unlocked, and you don't like it. Fine position in manhattan, and the beds aren't that bad, but don't expect anything more...
