Watch Games of the World Cup on the Big Screen in Hostels

Only a few more days and Football World Cup 2010 in South Africa begins! And here we go with football fever! Football is and will remain one of the most popular sports of all time, and the World Cup leaves nobody out in the cold. Football means real emotions, passion and a sense of community.

This year the World Cup is in South Africa and not everyone has gotten the chance to go there, but don't worry, the World Cup on television is also fun! From June 11 to July 11, 2010 all TVs across the globe will show the games and specials!

The 2010 World Cup begins with the great opening ceremony and the South Africa team against Mexico. The first game of the World Cup will be played in the Soccer City stadium in Johannesburg. We can see it live - not only in South Africa, but also on television: it starts on Friday, June 11, 2010. Although South Africa is in the same time zone as most European countries, the first kick-off time is at 1:30 pm... very early, if you're not on holiday!

The World Cup takes place June and July, but you must not give up your holidays, only because you absolutely have to see every game! It is fun to watch football in the hostel - and you will certainly not be alone!

Fun Cities to Visit During the World Cup:

Berlin, Germany

The German summer goes on and the German team was never so great! Pfefferbett Hostel Berlin, invites you to watch the games of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa on a big screen on the terrace or in the lobby, including a barbecue and drinks. From the 11th of June, the World Cup 2010 will be shown on the big screen under the open sky of Berlin with a view of the Alexander Tower! Come to Berlin for the football and barbecue!
