Three Days of Concerts, Parties and Hostels in Northern Germany

Germans know how to appreciate good music! And there are a lot of places throughout Germany to organize big music events and festivals! At one of these places, particularly well known for its festivals, is a small city, Schneeßel, in heart of Lower Saxony, where Hurricane Festival takes place this summer for the fourteenth time! From June, 18-20, 2010, Scheeßel in northern Germany will host thousands of music lovers enjoying Hurricane Festival! This year it will be even bigger! In addition to the Green, Blue and Red Stages, there will be a White Stage for the first time with the theme: the 'Electric Circus'. Some of the headliners coming this year are Massive Attack, Stone Temple Pilots, The Stokes, Bearsteaks, Billy Talent, Mando Diao, Vampire Weekend, Ash, The Specials, Danko Jones, Phoenix, Revolverhels, Kap Bambino, The Prodigy, and many more bands!

Each year Hurricane Festival has over 100,000 visitors from all over the world, and especially from neighboring countries such as England, Sweden, Holland, Poland and Denmark thanks to the cheap inter-Europe airlines!

Hurrican Festival 2010 will be even more interesting, because on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings ' Swiss öff öff Production will exhibit 'Orbite', a breathtaking show 17 meters in height. Guests will be able to experience live performances such as acrobats displaying their artform from a huge scaffolding 17 meters in the air. It is a unique floating show in the blue sky that will be unforgettable!

Hurricane Festival is the best opportunity to get to know Germany. You can get to Schneeßel very easily. You can go from Bremen, Hanover or Hamburg, and then by train or car. All roads lead to Schneeßel and to the fabulous Hurricane Festival! Spend a nice week in the north of Germany visiting the city of Bremer Musiker and spend the night in Townside hostel for under 20€!
