Description: The ((Shuttle Service is a shuttle between hotels in Rome and Rome Fiumicino Airport and vice versa)). The Shuttle Service is the only ((regular “no cost” shuttle in Rome)). Our brand new fleet of mini-vans offer a comfortable,reliable and economical transport into or out of Rome. The shuttle runs ((every 30 minutes between 7.45am and 10.15(from Leonardo Da Vinci Airport to central Hotels in Rome)and between 6.30 and 9.00 pm from central Hotels in Rome to Leonardo Da Vinci Airport to central Hotels in Rome)). The Shutttle runs ((7 days a a week (Bank Holidays as well).)) When reserving your transfer for arrivals, please provide the following details in the 'Message for tour operator' space so that we can affect your transfer smoothly: *Clients' names *Number of clients *Date of arrival (or date of departure) *Airline Flight number *Flight arrival time (or flight departure time) *Name of the hostel If a passenger misses the booked transfer due to flight delay,time lag for pick up laggage…will be transferred to the hotel with the first shuttle available. If a client misses the lates shuttle our organization cannot be held responsible or pay compensation fo an alternative mean of transportation.In case of last minute sells from your Organization(e.g. the same day of cutomer’s arrival) your customer’s arrival) your customers will get their shuttle(upon presentation of your vouchers) according to our last minute availability. Once client have collected their luggage, they will be asked to show the voucher to one of the ((Hotel Reservation/Margana Travel Welcome Desk)), located at each arrival terminal of Rome’s Fiumicino Airport. The journey time from and to Fiumicino Airport usually takes 50 minutes to 80 minutes(except particulare traffic cinditions). A 11-seat minivan with air conditioning is provided for the regula shuttle service. Each shuttle can make more than 1 stop depending on the location of the hotels in order to pick up or drop off passengers. The average stops made by the minivan is 4/5.The day for the return journey to the airport customers are required to wait at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the schedule meeting; Once clients have collected their luggage, they have to show up at the Hotel Reservation &Margana Travel desk situated at each arrival terminal(Terminal B or C of Rome’s Fiumicino Airport). They have to present a valid travel voucher containing full information concerning the service, liability and redemption instructions to one of the Hotel Reservation/Margana Travel Welcome Desk(our counters are well indicated through the airport and easy to find-approx. 20 meters from exits with the sign Hotel Reservation/Margana Travel). The day for the return journey to the airport customers are required to wait at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the schedule meeting: due to local traffic conditions the shuttle might arrive with a 15/20 minutes tolerance.

oThe service is provided with 11-seat minivan; this allows us to offer a very quick shared service (journey to the hotel 50/60 minutes ca.) and the maximum comfort on board (bran new fleet completely renewed in 2006 with air conditioning, wide luggage van and all the most important security systems). Ample space in the back provides comfortable transport of luggage inside the vehicle, never on racks mounted on top of the vehicle.
