FAQ/INFO ABOUT TOUR The embarkation will not be allowed without this voucher.
Passengers must show up at least 15 minutes before boarding
In case of late arrival at the boarding point the boat will leave anyway without waiting for customer who did not show up-we will not agree nor the refund for the redemption of the cruise.
Cancellation requests must be notified at least 48 hours before. In case of no show no refund will be given. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the departure are not refundable. Tickets are not reusable.
Important notes:
We inform you that departures could be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. In such case, the company doesn’t guarantee ticket reimbursement.
