FAQ/INFO ABOUT TOUR Under 6 -free

Vouchers will be changed with a valid travel ticket on the green double decker bus branded ((Rome Open Tour))
All the stops are well indicated by a green sign with the name of the service “Rome Open Tour” and the stop name
Departure point Termini Central Station (Piazza dei Cinquecento - Largo di Villa Peretti) customers are allowed to board the bus at any one of the stops
Customer names, party (specifying adults and children / infant where applicable), ticket validity requested by customers
Ticket validity starts from the first travel on the bus independently from the dates indicated on the customer’s voucher
Seats cannot be booked, the access on the bus is subject to availability
Service operates from 09.00 am until 18.45 pm (first and last departure from terminal stop at Termini central station)
Frequency at each stop 15/20 minutes ca. depending on the local traffic conditions
Tickets are valid for an unlimited number of circuits or stops for the respective validity after initial boarding
Partial use of the ticket will not be subject matter of refund request; the full exploitation of the ticket is under customer’s will
7-language commentary with earphones in Italian, English, French, Spanish, Deutsch and Japanese
Our organization (Tourist Travel Service s.r.l.) reserve the right to cancel the tour without prior notice due to reasons beyond our control and with the only obligation of refunding the cost of the tour if it has not been supplied (Art. 10 of the International Convention related to tour contracts, C.C.V. April 23/1970 notified by national law nr. 1084 of 27.12.1977). In case of cancellation of the bus tour our organization cannot be held responsible, or pay compensation owing to reasons of force majeure.
In the event of unforeseen intinerary or schedule changes beyond our control, we reserve the right to give no refund (e.g. demonstrations, traffic suspension, directions of local authorities for security reasons and so on)
We are not responsible fo any loss of personal items which are left on our busses, of any demange caused by third parties to personal items of to customers during the tour

Our organization is formally a Tour Operator but we sell product directly managed and owned by our parent company Tourist Travel Service s.r.l. This allows to our partner to get the best rates available without intermediaries. 1- SHUTTLE SERVICE We would summarize as follows the main differences between the service we are able to offer and all the other kind of transfers from Fiumicino Airport: we have directly managed and owned desks; this means that your customers have a safe desk where show up where there’s staff belonging to our organization able to supply full assistance (without getting into trouble because customers are not able to locate their private driver) regular departures every 30 minutes from the airport (it means that if a passenger misses the shuttle booked the customer will be allowed to leave with the first following shuttle available) an economic confidential fixed price for every number of customers you are free to mark up (clients exchange their voucher with a travel ticket without any price stated) a regular door to door service available for over 14 hours per day (please check operative times in the attached file and the hotels served by our shuttle. 2-NAVIGATION ON THE RIVER OF ROME
