Cancellation policy:

For Groups of 10 people or more:

14 days prior to arrival - Deposit loss only 13-10 days prior to arrival - Deposit loss only 9-7 days prior to arrival - Deposit loss + 25% of reservation total. 6-4 days prior to arrival - Deposit loss + 25% of reservation total. 3-1 days prior to arrival- Deposit loss + 50% of reservation total Less than one day or no-show - Deposit loss + remaining balance of reservation total.

Changes of dates to your reservation will never incurr cancellation charges as long as we are notified at least 5 days in advance. Changes to the reservation within 5 days, we will do our best to accomodate your changes for you.

Incoming Tour Operator SunCity Travel, LLC (license AB No. 349194 of the State Tourist Administration of Ukraine is a part of SunCity Group.

The Scientifically-Experimental Center 'Student Travel Laboratory', which allow to train students of speciality 'Tourism' is created at the National aviation university (Kyiv) with assistance of Ukrainian Youth Tourist Association on basis of Incoming Tour Operator SunCity Travel.

The main aim of the company is a creation of a multi functional tour product including elaboration and servicing of tours, animation programs, creation of festivals and producers centers, creation and operation by own budget hotel chain, design and building of different kinds of hotels, transport service, etc.

Company is an owner of Trade Mark 'Youth Tourism & Hostels of Ukraine' and have a special website about youth tourism hostels-ukraine.com where you can get more detailed information about youth and student programs and offers in this sphere. For this moment there are seventeen youth hostels united under the Trade Mark 'Youth Tourism & Hostels of Ukraine'.
