Cancellation policy:

For reservations of 2 to 10 people:

Cancellation prior to 7 days of arrival date: Deposit only.

Cancelation within 7 days: 50% (Deposit plus 35% of reservation total.

No show on the day arrival 100% of reservation total.

Cancellation charges and no show charges will be billed by Suncity Travel LLC.

For Groups of 10 people or more:

14 days prior to arrival - Deposit loss only

13-10 days prior to arrival - Deposit loss + 15% of reservation total.

9-7 days prior to arrival - Deposit loss + 25% of reservation total.

6-4 days prior to arrival - Deposit loss + 50% of reservation total.

3-1 days prior to arrival- Deposit loss + 75% of reservation total

Less than one day or no-show - Deposit loss + remaining balance of reservation total.

Changes of dates to your reservation will never incurr cancellation charges as long as we are notified at least 5 days in advance. Changes to the reservation within 5 days, we will do our best to accomodate your changes for you.
