FAQ/INFO ABOUT TOUR The sightseeing cannot be booked for a required day / hour; access on the bus and on the boat as well is subject to availability once there. Hop on – hop off at any of our stops for both double-decker coaches and boats. The voucher confirmation received at the moment of the booking by the customer will be changed on board by the hostess with a ticket valid for the combined service.
The tour is conducted throughout in 7 languages by disposable earphones.
When your customers exchange your voucher for the ticket, they will be given a set of earphones. Customers are required to keep the earphones throughout the ticket validity period, as they are unable to be replaced.
- Our organization (Tourist Travel Service s.r.l.) reserve the right to cancel the tour without prior notice due to reasons beyond our control and with the only obligation of refunding the cost of the tour if it has not been supplied (Art. 10 of the International Convention related to tour contracts, C.C.V. April 23/1970 notified by national law nr. 1084 of 27.12.1977). In case of cancellation of the bus tour our organization cannot be held responsible, or pay compensation owing to reasons of force majeure.
- In the event of unforeseen intinerary or schedule changes beyond our control, we reserve the right to give no refund (e.g. demonstrations, traffic suspension, directions of local authorities for security reasons and so on)
- We are not responsible fo any loss of personal items which are left on our busses, of any demange caused by third parties to personal items of to customers during the tour.For individual clients reservation is not required, there’s a free sale with the issue of a pre-paid voucher that the client will show on board priory on the double decker coach. This voucher will be substituted on the spot with a valid ticket for the transport as follows: one 48-hour ticket for the bus sightseeing tour and the 24-hour ticket for the boat . The clients will be allowed to get on the open double-deck bus and on board of the boats belonging to the line service according to the departure times above indicated. The validity of the ticket begins with the first trip on the bus and on the first use of the boat service. In the respect of security conditions expected for the navigation , the Compagnia di Navigazione Ponte Sant’Angelo that is in charge of the navigation above mentioned, could not guarantee the service in case of sudden raising of the Tiber water level. The writer, jointly with the Compagnia di Navigazione Ponte Sant’Angelo, doesn’t take responsibility of indemnity by reason of greater force (e.g.: politic demonstrations, raising of Tiber water level). In case passengers couldn’t be able to enjoy the navigation or the Open Top bus due to reasons of greater force, no partial reimburse of the Bus ‘n Boat ticket will be effectuated.
