Day 1: Afternoon visit to Karnak and Luxor Temples. Overnight and dinner on board in Luxor.
Day 2: Morning excursion to West Bank including Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon.
Sailing to Edfu overnight.
Day 3: Early morning visit to the Temple of Horus before sailing for Kom Ombo. Afternoon visit to the Temple of Sobek at Kom Ombo. Continuing sailing to Aswan. Overnight on board.
Day 4: Morning visit High Dam, Old Dam in Aswan Lunch on board. In the afternoon excursion by Felucca on the Nile to the Botanical Gardens. Overnight on board in Aswan.
Day 5: Check out and opportunity to take the optional excursion to Abu Simbel by plane or bus.

When visiting Upper Egypt, winter is easily the most comfortable time. June to August is unbearable in Upper Egypt, with daytime temperatures soaring up to 104°F (40°C).
